Job Title:Academic Vertical LeadThis role involves overseeing the development and execution of academic programs for a specific vertical. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and excellent leadership skills.About the Role:Category Ownership & Strategy:Lead the development and implementation of academic strategies to drive growth and expansion within the NEET vertical.Plan and execute academic calendars, learning journeys, and course structures to ensure high-quality content delivery.Develop pricing and packaging strategies for batches to maximize revenue and efficiency.Teacher & Academic Management:Identify, hire, and manage teachers and subject matter experts (SMEs) with expertise in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.Coordinate with SMEs to develop and maintain high-quality question banks, notes, tests, and study materials.Maintain academic quality standards that set the vertical apart from competitors.Content & Product Development:Oversee the creation of lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses to meet student needs.Collaborate with design, video, and tech teams to deliver an engaging and seamless learning experience.Innovate formats to improve efficiency and student outcomes.Operations & Execution:Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning to ensure smooth execution.Coordinate with teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.Track academic progress, student feedback, and implement changes as needed.Marketing & Growth Collaboration:Work with the marketing team to develop launch campaigns and brand positioning strategies.Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.Analyze student behavior to improve conversion and retention rates.Key Qualifications:Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education or relevant field.Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership roles.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A competitive compensation package.
