Track and document changes to functional and business specifications. Play a key role in the testing and roll-out of new software or technology solutions. Create detailed reports and give presentations to relevant stakeholders. Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong understanding of business processes and project management principles
