We're now looking for a Business Analyst (AI + Tech + Marketing) — a strategic thinker who can understand project scope, create clear documentation, and leverage AI tools to transform insights into powerful presentations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client briefs, business goals, and project scope across tech, marketing, and branding domains.
  • Create detailed BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between clients, tech, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare impressive, data-driven PowerPoint or Canva presentations for proposals, strategy decks, and project reports.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gamma, SlidesAI, Notion AI, etc.) for content generation, ideation, and visual creation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and product teams to translate business needs into actionable features.
  • Research emerging trends in Tech, AI, and Marketing industries to support strategy development.
  • Support pre-sales and proposal teams with requirement analysis and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience as Business Analyst / Pre-Sales / Project Consultant in tech, marketing, or digital service industries.
  • Proficiency in creating BRD, FRD, flowcharts, and user stories.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong grip on PowerPoint / Canva / Gamma for visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on with AI tools for image generation, presentation enhancement, and content ideation.
  • Analytical mindset with understanding of software development, marketing funnels, and campaign structures.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to SaaS, Startup, or Digital Agency environments.
  • Knowledge of tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, ClickUp, or Jira.
  • Understanding of UX/UI basics or campaign analytics.
  • Experience preparing proposal decks, business models, or pitch presentations.
