This role will focus at Asia and AsiaPac levels, and require a proactive individual who will work directly with BD leadership to provide meaningful management information and reporting support. They will have a growth-mindset and experienced in Excel, SalesForce, Sharepoint based platforms and experience using Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous.Key responsibilities include:Application of the business development understanding to management information and reporting to deliver insights and reporting.Provision of weekly, monthly and quarterly standardised reporting which collates data into meaningful information for Board-level executives, leadership and business development professionals.Produce insightful and accurate commentary and analysis to accompany data and analysis.Collate multiple datasets in Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Sharepoint based systems to create a single, accurate view to aid business development activities.Engage diverse stakeholders to build understanding on the impact of data and how it is used to make business decisions.Provide inductions, training and guidance to stakeholders which improves reporting accuracy and understanding.Maintain data quality and consistency through establishing processes, procedures and guidance which support improved ways of working.Accurate data entry support to maintain systems and support priority requirementsDevelopment of PowerBI and Sharepoint dashboards/lists and repositories to aid reporting.Work with colleagues in Finance and Business Development teams locally and globally.#LI-HT1  Qualifications Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Development or a related field.Experience in business development or salesProficiency in Dynamics 365, SalesForce, Excel and Microsoft Office - mandatory.#LI-HT1  Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
