Responsibilities:

- Define the User Experience architecture of life. Craft it into a logical framework that others can leverage.

- Develop logical assets to create learned behavior across all touchpoints.

- Establish a tangible consistency and DNA across all interactions.

- Lead hands-on design work while providing guidance to senior UX leads and mentoring young designers.

- Cultivate an entrepreneurial culture that utilizes design for exceptional results.

Requirements:

- Industrial Designers who relish tackling complex problems with a deep understanding of current tech stacks and design standards.

- Passionate about solving the biggest challenges and embracing the challenge of cracking even the toughest nuts.

- Strong hands-on mentality, eager to transition from Principle Designer to Manager while remaining deeply involved in design work.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence team members and stakeholders.

- Experience working with a wide range of devices, including smartphones, desktops, kiosk systems, VR, and IoT devices.
