Senior User Experience Design Lead

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior User Experience Design Lead to spearhead the design of our digital products. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive user experience strategy that drives business growth, customer engagement, and loyalty.

About the Role:
  • Leadership and Team Management: You will lead and manage a team of experienced designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to ensure their success in delivering high-quality designs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: As a senior member of the design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align on design goals and objectives.
  • User-Centered Design: You will create user-centered designs through research, analysis, and understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Design Execution: You will rapidly develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects.
About You:
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector.
  • You possess a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • You can communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and a keen analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • You are proficient in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research.
  • You can lead and foster creativity within a design team.
