Our organization is seeking an accomplished Senior UX Designer to spearhead end-to-end product experiences for integrated spend management tools.

The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing user-centric products, with a proven track record in driving impactful design solutions.

This role requires the ability to collaborate across teams and influence product decisions, with a strong emphasis on clear articulation of design decisions backed by data.

  • Influencing product decisions through effective collaboration
  • Clear articulation of design decisions based on insights and backed by data
  • Strong visual communication skills including sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, building wireframes and working prototypes
  • Passion for high-quality design execution and fit and finish
  • Solid sense of ownership defending design output and taking responsibility for product outcome
  • Working knowledge of Figma Sketch InVision Adobe CC Zeplin

Nice-to-Haves include experience in Fintech and a degree in Visual Communication Graphic Design HCI Interaction Design Computer Science but are not required.
