About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join our on-site team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in design thinking, user research, visual design, UX design, and prototyping, with a passion for creating seamless and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex design challenges.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to visualize user experiences.
  • Design engaging UI/UX solutions that align with brand guidelines and product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for multiple devices and platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design.
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Figma etc.)
  • Good understanding of visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Good-to-Have Skills
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design projects.
