About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled User Acquisition Strategist with expertise in paid social advertising for mobile games. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire high-value players across Meta, TikTok, and Snap.This role requires close collaboration with creative, analytics, and product teams to run high-impact campaigns, manage creative testing, and identify scalable growth opportunities. You will analyze campaign data to make informed decisions and drive business results.Paid Social Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute paid social strategies to drive scalable, high-quality user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Snap.Manage AEO, VO, and MAI campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, retention metrics, and LTV-based optimization.Execute data-driven bidding, budgeting, and audience strategies to hit performance goals and reduce acquisition cost.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns for mobile apps or mobile games.Proven success managing AEO (App Event Optimization), VO (Value Optimization), and MAI (Mobile App Install) campaigns.Experience driving performance for ROAS-based campaigns, including optimizing toward D1/D3/D7 return and LTV.Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks — hypothesis building, setting up structured tests, reading results, and iterating.Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) and paid social platform attribution.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple channels and tests simultaneously.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
