Artistic Visionary WantedJob Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the visual identity of our games, ensuring that all art content meets the highest standards.This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team to create stunning game art. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and inspiring artists to produce high-quality assets.The Art Director will oversee all aspects of art production, from conception to delivery, and will be responsible for creating concept art, mood boards, and style guides to communicate the artistic vision.Responsibilities:Define and Own the Art Vision: Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the artistic direction for our games.Lead and Mentor Artists: Hire, train, and manage a team of 2D, VFX, and UI/UX artists to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality.Oversee Art Production Pipelines: Schedule and task-distribute art production to meet project timelines and deliverables.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with game designers, engineers, and product managers to align art with mechanics, UX, monetization, and performance budgets.Requirements:10+ Years Experience in Game Art: Minimum 5 years at senior level or above.Strong Portfolio: Showcase a variety of game art styles, polished final assets, and concept-to-delivery work.Experience in Designing and Developing Game UX and UI: Proven ability to balance aesthetics with performance and usability.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Benefits:Opportunity to Work on High-Profile ProjectsCollaborative and Dynamic Team EnvironmentProfessional Development OpportunitiesKeyword: ArtDirector
