Position Overview:

Are you a fresher looking to start your career in the dynamic field of recruitment? K3-Innovations is seeking a motivated US Pharma Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in pharmaceutical and life sciences roles within the United States. You will learn about US visa requirements, tax terms, and the intricacies of US recruitment practices. This position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in recruitment and contribute to the growth of our company by attracting top talent for our US operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Learn to identify and source qualified candidates for roles in the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech industries in the US market.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for US-based roles.
  • US Visa Expertise: Get trained in understanding various US work visas (H1-B, L1, OPT, CPT, etc.) and their implications for hiring.
  • US Tax Terms Knowledge: Gain knowledge about US tax terms including W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and learn how to advise candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Assist in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates, tracking progress and interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with experienced team members to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Industry Networking: Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to build your network and source potential candidates.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on US labor laws, tax regulations, and immigration policies to ensure all recruitment activities are compliant.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Passion for recruitment and a willingness to learn about US recruitment practices, visa processes, and tax terms.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of MS office. and basic familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to analyze candidate profiles effectively.
  • Relocation Willingness: Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Noida for this position.
