Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. Your leadership will be crucial in positioning Perusal as a leader in the recruitment technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology.
  • Experience in the B2B sales domain is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal) as a must.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
