The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing online support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Address customer queries across platforms - WhatsApp, email, social media- To monitor all shipments on a daily basis to ensure that shipments are dispatched and delivered within assured time frames- Maintain inventory for packaging material and replenish stock as needed- Keep track of returns, refunds, exchanges and process them- Manage all marketplace order dispatches, reimbursements- Connect with customers to understand feedback- Managing smooth flow of operations at the warehouseQualifications- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred but not required- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, specifically Excel- Good verbal and written English communication skills- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
