Read here: Forbes feature. Role: Customer Support Executive We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to assist our global customers, primarily based in the US. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of support tools, and the ability to manage customer queries with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: ● Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner. ● Troubleshoot issues and guide users through product workflows and best practices. ● Escalate complex technical problems to relevant teams and ensure prompt resolution. ● Maintain accurate records of interactions in the ticketing system. ● Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements. Must-Have Skills: ● Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken. ● Willingness to work night/early morning hours (1 AM onwards) to support the US time zone. ● 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role. ● Tech-savvy with familiarity in ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) and CRM tools. ● Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and customer-first attitude. Good to Have: ● Prior experience supporting SaaS products or B2B customers. ● Understanding of basic technical troubleshooting or onboarding processes.
