B2B Outreach SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled B2B outreach specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads from the US B2B market through cold calling.Job Description:The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, be confident on calls, results-driven, and hungry to grow. They will make 100+ outbound calls daily to US-based small businesses, generate 3–5 fresh qualified leads every day, and communicate the value proposition clearly and professionally.You will identify prospects, qualify them, and book demo appointments. Additionally, you will maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-ups in CRM, meeting weekly and monthly performance targets.Requirements:Must have experience working in the US market (B2B preferred).Excellent English communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive.Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities.Comfortable making high-volume calls daily (100+).Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.Must be able to work during US time zones.Stable internet connection and a noise-free workspace.
