You will work directly with the business development and founding teams to support outreach, lead qualification, and sales operations across international markets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential B2B leadsSupport outreach via calls, emails, , and networkingJoin sales meetings, demos, and follow-upsMaintain CRM records and create basic reportsCoordinate internally to support client interactionsShadow senior sales members to learn strategy and positioningWhat We're Looking ForRecent graduate with interest in B2B sales & SaaSExcellent communication and confident presenceProactive, quick thinker with strong interpersonal skillsProfessional and well-presented with strong rapport‑building abilityEnergetic, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setupAvailable to work from office at least 3 days a weekWhat You’ll Gain• Hands-on experience in SaaS and HR tech sales cycles. • Exposure to global sales practices spanning APAC, US, and MENA. • Learning opportunities across lead generation, demo participation, and pipeline support. • Mentorship from experienced sales leaders and founders. • Strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance.Stipend: 15K-25K per MonthReady to kickstart your career in a high‑growth environment?
