
Telecaller Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain product offerings clearly.
- Follow up with existing customers, maintain good relationships, and resolve queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a daily call log, customer interaction history, and lead status reports.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely support.
- Maintain a professional tone in every customer interaction—verbal or written.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Fluency in English, Hindi with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
