**Telecaller - Home Comforts**

**Location**: Rajahmundry
**Qualification**: 12th or any Graduation
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year Experience in Telecalling
**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000
**Age Limit**: Below 35 years

**Work Hours**:

- **Female**: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide information to customers about products, offers, and services.
- Follow up with customers on inquiries, leads, and product updates.
- Convert potential leads into sales by effectively understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Google Forms or the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with order processing and payment-related inquiries.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in converting leads into sales
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Active listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Forms
- Multitasking ability and a proactive attitude
