We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales or set up appointments. Your main goal will be to engage prospects, provide information about our products or services, and persuade them to take the desired action.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to leads and prospects.

2. Identify customers' needs and provide relevant product/service information.

3. Explain the features and benefits of products/services.

4. Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or set up appointments.

5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

6. Record and maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.

7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.

4. Good listening skills.

5. Strong negotiation skills.

6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
