Role OverviewAs a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, events, and paid ads.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.Manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.Work closely with content and design teams to develop compelling marketing assets.Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.Identify opportunities for ABM and high-value lead targeting.Maintain and update CRM/marketing automation tools with accurate lead and campaign data.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.About Us:Our company helps its customers bring out the most sophisticated insights from their data in a value-oriented manner.
