Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager role involves overseeing the effectiveness of Human Resources operations, monitoring recruitment panels and new employee onboarding, executing vertical performance management initiatives, and defining regular communication plans for the unit to ensure efficient HR service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources OperationsReview HR operations periodically to assess their effectiveness by studying performance metrics results.New Employee OnboardingEnsure a smooth transition and execute accompaniment programs for new employees.Improvement PlanningPlan and monitor improvements through the vertical to facilitate better assimilation of new employees within the organization.Performance ManagementExecute vertical-specific performance management initiatives and schedule evaluation cycles while providing guidance to newcomers and integrating feedback to improve reviews.Employee DevelopmentCoordinate with HR stakeholders to implement employee development programs to build competencies and skills.Employee ParticipationDevelop and deploy periodic communication plans, recognize and reward employees, guarantee diverse engagement opportunities to address employee concerns, and provide appropriate support during employee disciplinary processes.Employee GovernanceMonitor employee governance processes and intervene as necessary to enforce compliance with employee codes.HR AnalysisPublish monthly employee dashboards, highlight focus areas, prepare and publish HR initiative solutions using reports correctly through sensitization and communication.
