Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Account Manager with a proven track record in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving our clients’ e-commerce success on Amazon by optimizing their accounts, managing advertising campaigns, and delivering measurable growth in sales and profitability.


Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Account Management
  • Manage and optimize end-to-end operations of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Conduct regular account audits to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to protect accounts and maintain high seller performance metrics.
PPC Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP).
  • Develop keyword strategies and structure campaigns to maximize ROI, sales velocity, and profitability.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest Amazon PPC trends and algorithm changes to ensure optimal ad performance.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to track campaign success.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and refine strategies.
Collaboration and Client Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and inventory) to execute strategies aligned with clients’ goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance product listings, images, and A+ content for better conversion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts with a focus on PPC advertising.
  • Advanced understanding of Amazon’s advertising platforms and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing optimization strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with other marketplaces like Walmart, eBay, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Experience with external traffic strategies such as Google Ads or social media marketing.
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising (highly desirable).
