Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Service Portfolio Management (SPM PRO) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD).
  • Configuration experience in at least 5 different ServiceNow modules on dedicated as well as shared instances (preferably ITOM, ITAM, SPM, ITSM, CSM or HRSD).
  • Design and implement IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
  • Receive complex input from Product and business stakeholders, translate into requirements, and map them onto ServiceNow functionality.
  • Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third party.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a bird’s-eye and granular level.
  • Participate in Agile development, e.g., assist with estimating effort and system complexity.
  • Contribute to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, including workflow automation, reporting, and data management.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including creating custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Candidate should be flexible to work from Chennai and Bangalore location.
  • Shift timing – UK Shift (2PM to 11PM)
  • Candidate should be flexible to work from office.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong domain expertise in at least two ServiceNow platform applications: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or Performance Analytics.
  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST).
  • 5+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java integrations in ServiceNow.
  • Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
  • Ability to pull together and synthesize multiple strands in large-scale projects.
  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Solid communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science.
  • Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
