The successfulcandidate will be responsible for architecting designing andoverseeing the implementation of scalable and robust solutions onthe ServiceNow platform.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Architecture& Design:
  • Define andarchitect endtoend ServiceNow solutions aligning with businessneeds and IT strategy.
  • Lead the design andimplementation of ITSM ITOM and Service Portal modules ensuringscalability and efficiency.
  • Developarchitecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for ServiceNowplatform growth.
  • SolutionImplementation:
  • Oversee theimplementation and customization of ITSM modules including IncidentProblem Change and Service Catalog.
  • Architectand manage ITOM processes including Discovery Service Mapping andEvent Management.
  • Lead the design anddevelopment of intuitive and userfriendly Service Portals toenhance the enduserexperience.
  • StrategicLeadership:
  • Provide technicalleadership and strategic direction for the ServiceNow platformacross the organization.
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather requirements propose solutions and alignServiceNow capabilities with businessobjectives.
  • Mentor and guide development teamsensuring adherence to best practices and codingstandards.
  • Integration &Automation:
  • Architectintegrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systemsensuring seamless data flow and processautomation.
  • Drive automation initiatives toenhance IT operations reduce manual efforts and improve servicedelivery.
  • Optimization &Governance:
  • Continuously monitorplatform performance identifying opportunities for optimization andenhancements.
  • Establish governance frameworksstandards and policies for ServiceNow development andoperations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 15years in IT with extensive experience in ServiceNow architecturedesign and implementation.
  • Proven expertise inITSM ITOM and Service Portalmodules.
  • Experience leading largescaleServiceNow projects and working in complex ITenvironments.
  • Skills:
  • Deepknowledge of ServiceNow architecture including scripting(JavaScript Glide) and UI development.
  • Strongunderstanding of ITIL practices and their implementation withinServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in Service Portaldevelopment including UI/UX design and frontendtechnologies.
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA)required.
  • ServiceNow Certified ImplementationSpecialist (ITSM or ITOM) preferred.
  • ITIL v3/v4Foundation certification is aplus.
