Position Title: DGM/GM – Product Management and Marketing (Solar)

Education Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical

Experience: 10 – 20 years

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete Sales, Marketing, and After Sales Support for Solar product portfolio.
  • Engage with clients to determine technical specifications and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to fulfil product/application requirements.
  • Identify new opportunities contributing to revenue growth.
  • Develop a clear roadmap for the product portfolio, including pricing and positioning strategies.

Qualifications:

  • BE /B.Tech / M. Tech or MBA
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects of solar products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills

  • In-depth understanding of solar technology and the renewable energy industry.
  • Previous experience in product management and development.
  • Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
