Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) is a pioneering electrical and automation brand with a rich legacy of over 70 years in India. We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.
L&T Switchgear is now Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation.
Position Title: DGM/GM – Product Management and Marketing (Solar)
Education Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical
Experience: 10 – 20 years
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Sales, Marketing, and After Sales Support for Solar product portfolio.
- Engage with clients to determine technical specifications and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to fulfil product/application requirements.
- Identify new opportunities contributing to revenue growth.
- Develop a clear roadmap for the product portfolio, including pricing and positioning strategies.
Qualifications:
- BE /B.Tech / M. Tech or MBA
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the solar industry.
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of solar products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- In-depth understanding of solar technology and the renewable energy industry.
- Previous experience in product management and development.
- Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
