Oversee the daily operations of the corporate travel department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of corporate travel operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of travel professionals, including travel consultants, account managers, and support staff.
Manage relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel management companies (TMCs).
Develop and manage the corporate travel budget, focusing on cost control, savings initiatives, and return on investment.
Develop and enforce corporate travel policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
Prepare regular reports on travel operations, including key performance indicators (KPIs), cost savings, and compliance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and operational performance.

Required Skill -
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in corporate travel operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of travel management systems, industry trends, and supplier networks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and achieving cost savings.
Ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
