Role:Tech LeadExp-5-9 yearsLocation-NoidaAbout the Role:We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in and React, who can take ownership of backend-heavy systems while also guiding front-end development. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to architect scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of developers across the full stack with a focus on backend architecture.Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of backend systems.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.Oversee the integration of backend APIs with React-based front-end components.Take ownership of system design, architecture, and DevOps in collaboration with the engineering team.Guide the team through Agile processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.Required Skills & Experience:5–9 years of overall development experience with a strong focus on backend engineering.Expertise in and related frameworks , etc.).Solid experience in front-end technologies like , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Proficiency in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.Strong experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.About Algotale:Algotale is a premier IT staffing and software solutions provider, delivering top-tier talent and custom-built technology to drive business success.
