About the RoleA Business Partner is sought by our organization to provide dedicated support in human resources. This role requires a professional with extensive knowledge of HR operations and compliance.The selected individual will be responsible for managing employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes. They will also handle documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to internal and statutory requirements.In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will drive engagement initiatives aligned with company-wide goals. They will conduct pulse checks, facilitate communication sessions, and partner with leadership to plan location-level events.The role also involves ensuring adherence to HR policies, tracking attendance, leave, and timesheet submissions, and supporting audits and documentation as required.Ultimately, the goal of this position is to create a positive employee experience at various touch points of the employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities1. Employee Experience Management• Lead onboarding, induction, and exit processes• Handle documentation, HRIS entries, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and background verification coordination• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements• Create a great employee experience at various touch points of employee life-cycle2. Employee Engagement & Communication• Drive engagement initiatives aligned with companywide goals• Conduct pulse checks, employee connect sessions, and engagement surveys• Partner with leadership to plan and execute location-level engagement events3. HR Operations & Compliance• Ensure adherence to HR policies, Code of Conduct, POSH, and statutory compliance• Track attendance, leave, and timesheet submissions in coordination with payroll• Support audits and documentation as required by internal and external stakeholders4. Performance & Development• Coordinate performance management timelines – goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews• Support L&D programs, nominations, and feedback collection• Track completion of mandatory learning and compliance training5. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling• Serve as an approachable HR contact for employees• Support issue resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management in collaboration with the HRBP and Legal• Escalate concerns appropriately and ensure confidentiality and fairness in all dealings6. Recruitment Support• Coordinate with TA team for local hiring needs, interview logistics, and candidate experience• Facilitate referrals and maintain dashboards for Kochi-specific hiring metrics7. Business Enabler• Build site as a great place to work from all aspects of EVP• Represent HR team to clients visiting Kochi site
