Key Role in Organizational OperationsThe Human Resources and Administrative Manager/Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day functioning of an organization. This highly skilled professional is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources and administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.Employee Relations: Develop and manage Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for HR and Admin staff, conduct induction programs and orientation sessions, and handle employee relations and grievance redressal.Administrative Oversight: Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations, supervise front desk and support staff, and manage travel arrangements and meeting logistics.Compliance and Governance: Maintain documentation for audits, legal submissions, and internal reviews, and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning, drive employer branding and employee engagement activities, and implement HR analytics and reporting tools.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a legal or professional services firm.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and data management systems.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
