About Us:
We are a leading construction company with a consortium of banks supporting our operations. We are seeking a Banking and Financial Operations Specialist to join our team and manage critical banking and financial activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle our financial dealings with banks and ensure smooth communication and compliance.
- Facilitate the issuance of Bank Guarantees (BG) from banks and maintain a tracker for BGs.
- Prepare and submit monthly stock statements to banks.
- Prepare and submit quarterly financial statements to banks.
- Address day-to-day queries raised by banks.
- Compile and prepare data for the renewal of bank limits.
- Assist in the preparation of data for credit rating processes.
- Coordinate and assist with BG and stock audits conducted by banks.
- Track loan repayment schedules and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare MIS (Management Information System) for BG and interest payments.
- Maintain relationships with Banking officials
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in banking operations or financial management.
- Strong understanding of banking processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
- Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling bank representatives.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently.
