About Royal Infraconstru Ltd:

We are a leading construction company with a consortium of banks supporting our operations. Our team is seeking a skilled Banking and Financial Operations Specialist to manage critical banking and financial activities. This role requires an individual who can efficiently handle our financial dealings with banks, ensure smooth communication, and maintain compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Issuance of Bank Guarantees (BGs): Facilitate the issuance of BGs from banks and maintain a tracker for BGs to ensure timely renewals.
  • Monthly Stock Statements: Prepare and submit accurate monthly stock statements to banks, adhering to their requirements.
  • Quarterly Financial Reports: Prepare and submit quarterly financial reports to banks, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Day-to-Day Queries: Address day-to-day queries raised by banks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bank Limit Renewal: Compile and prepare data for the renewal of bank limits, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Credit Rating Processes: Assist in preparing data for credit rating processes, maintaining transparency and accuracy.
  • Bank Audits: Coordinate and assist with BG and stock audits conducted by banks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Loan Repayment Schedules: Track loan repayment schedules and ensure timely payments, minimizing defaults.
  • Management Information System (MIS): Prepare MIS for BG and interest payments, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with banking officials, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in banking operations or financial management.
  • Strong Banking Knowledge: Excellent understanding of banking processes and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
  • Analytical & Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
