The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates from India and outside India, conducting interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process. They will also facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, provide training, and assist with onboarding new employees. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and strategies.QualificationsExperience in Hiring and RecruitingProficiency in Interviewing and Communication skillsAbility to conduct Training sessionsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse teamsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
