Available Opportunities

  • MICE Sales - Head or Senior Manager
  • MICE Operations - Assistant Manager & Manager
  • Ticketing – Manager/Senior Manager


MICE (Sales)-

Senior Manager- a minimum of 10 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry is required.


MICE Operations-

Assistant Manager - A minimum of 3 years of experience in travel and tourism industry is required.

Manager - A minimum of 5 years of experience in travel and tourism industry is required.


Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute MICE strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team to deliver high-impact meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions for corporate clients.

• Relationship Builder: Forge strong connections with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to ensure exceptional and innovative MICE experiences.

• Growth Champion: Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify new business opportunities, stay current on industry trends, and expand the MICE client base

• Operational Excellence: Oversee meticulous planning, execution, and coordination of MICE events, ensuring seamless operations and unparalleled client satisfaction.


Ticketing:

Manager - A minimum of 5 years of experience in travel and tourism industry is required.

Senior Manager - A minimum of 10 years of experience in travel and tourism industry is required

Requirements:-

·        Liaise with travel partners, to manage bookings and schedules

·        Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations

·        In dept knowledge of GDS systems- Galileo, Amadeus etc

·        MICE Ticketing, issuance & reissuance

·        Reissuing tickets towards data change penalties, upgrade and rerouting involved

·        Solving escalations at the first end

·        Coordinating with airlines regarding reservation issues.
