Cloud Transformation Specialist for Major Fintech Clients - Amazon Connect Expertise Required.We're seeking a highly skilled cloud transformation expert to lead the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in translating business requirements into technical designs, building backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIs, and integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and support systems.A minimum of 7 years of experience in contact centers/CTI space is required.At least 3 years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience is necessary.The successful candidate must have proven consulting experience in CTI transformation projects.Strong knowledge of Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, routing, queues, and agent setup is essential.Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk is also required.A good understanding of AWS services, such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch, is necessary.Basic scripting with Node.js or Python is also required.Experience in building or enhancing IVRs using Amazon Lex is an advantage.Responsibilities:Lead Amazon Connect environment setup and configuration.Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical designs.Build backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIs.Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and support systems.Support user testing, deployment, and documentation.Troubleshoot issues and improve existing contact flows.Nice to Have:Legacy CTI system exposure (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys) is an advantage.AWS certification is an added value.SIP, VoIP, WebRTC knowledge is also desirable.Amazon Connect Tasks, Contact Lens, Wisdom experience is an asset.
