Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Production Leader to drive innovation in digital content creation, establish next-generation workflows and enable AI-powered production at scale across markets and media.This is not a conventional production role — it is a hybrid of creative technology, automation, and operations leadership.Lead end-to-end production for digital assets including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.Partner with global creative and account teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.Champion craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Creative Production LeadershipOversee the production of digital assets such as static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, and dynamic emails.Collaborate with global teams to develop high-quality digital deliverables.2. Automation & Process InnovationDesign and implement automation use cases across creative production.Develop and govern production templates, component libraries, and automation frameworks.3. AI-Driven Content & Design EnablementEvaluate and integrate AI tools for design, image, video, and content generation.Partner with data, tech, and operations teams to create AI-assisted creative pipelines.4. Studio & Capability GrowthMentor a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers.Drive partnerships with global agency teams to ensure innovation is business-linked and ROI-driven.Required Skills and Qualifications:12–18 years of experience in digital creative production.Expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment.Hands-on experience in creative automation workflows.Working knowledge of AI tools and creative automation platforms.Preferred Qualifications:Experience building or managing Centers of Excellence for creative technology or digital craft.Understanding of DAMs, workflow tools, and automated QA systems.Passion for technology-driven creativity and the evolving future of digital production.
