Key Responsibilities:Strategic Market DevelopmentTeam Collaboration and PartnershipCapture Planning and ExecutionPipeline Management and Growth StrategyJob DescriptionThis position plays a critical role in driving growth through strategic capture planning, partner development, and teaming execution in the federal marketplace. The Strategic Business Developer will be responsible for identifying federal opportunities, developing compliant and competitive teaming strategies, and cultivating long-term relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and small business partners to support successful bids and contract awards.The Strategic Business Developer will focus on pre-award acquisition strategy, partner alignment, and pipeline development across federal agencies. This role requires strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, SBA small business programs, and federal acquisition lifecycle.Core Competencies and SkillsKey competencies and skills include:Federal capture strategy and pipeline developmentPartner vetting and competitive analysisFAR/SBA compliance and risk managementStrong negotiation, communication, and executive engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple federal pursuits simultaneouslyRequired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent federal contracting experience). Demonstrated experience in federal business development, capture management, or partnering within the U.S. Government marketplace is also required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with federal set-aside programs (8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone) and familiarity with major federal agencies and contract vehicles (e.g., GSA MAS, SEWP, CIO-SP, Alliant) are preferred. Capture Management or Federal Business Development certifications are also desirable.],
