Job Description:We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to handle various tasks, including drafting and reviewing contractual agreements, assessing contractor performance, and negotiating contract terms.The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.They will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are updated and in compliance with laws, coordinating with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled, and resolving client complaints and concerns.This role is ideal for individuals who possess outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and editing contractsNegotiating contract termsAssessing contractor performanceEnsuring compliance with laws and regulationsCoordinating with clientsResolving client complaints and concernsRequirements and Skills:We require candidates to possess the following skills and qualifications:Proven work experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar roleExcellent oral and written communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specificationsOutstanding negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to resolve client complaints and concernsWhat We Offer:We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
