Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Finance Analyst plays a pivotal role in fundraising from banks and financial institutions for real estate projects. Key responsibilities include assisting the Financial Controller, arranging data, preparing proposals, CMA, projections, cash flows, business models, and project reports.Essential accountabilities involve preparation of financial management information systems (MIS) and management financial reports on a quarterly basis, analysis and data preparation for fundraising, preparation of CMA data, projected cash flows, and financial statements, and developing financial models with accurate forecasts.The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, familiarity with real estate fundraising processes, and excellent interpersonal relationships to manage peers and influence data collection.Familiarity with real estate fundraising processesStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal relationshipsKnowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques, as well as experience working with financial data and systems, is also highly desirable.In addition, candidates should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization, where you can make a meaningful contribution to our success.You will have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for finance and real estate, and who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.Please note that this job description is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
