Job Title: Program Management Intern (CSR Project)


Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, KA


Duration: 3-6 months


About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the coordination of our Personal Finance Training Program under an ongoing CSR initiative. The intern will work closely with the Program Manager and trainers to ensure the smooth execution of sessions conducted in government and private schools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating sessions across schools.
  • Support trainers with logistics, materials, and on-ground requirements.
  • Track attendance, session updates, and day-to-day progress.
  • Help maintain communication between trainers, schools, and the NFO team.
  • Collect photos, videos, feedback, and documentation from each session.
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and updates for internal teams.
  • Support any additional operational tasks required during the program.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation (any field) or a recent graduate.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Interest in education, social impact, or CSR projects.
  • Willingness to travel (if required, depending on project location).

  • Managing and communication between trainers, school stakeholders and internal team.
  • Basics of personal finance education and management.
  • Real-world program coordination and reporting.
