Role Overview

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Project Management Intern. The intern will assist in planning and executing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the team in project tracking and documentation. Other responsibilities include performing research, analyzing data, and contributing to process optimization. The intern will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various teams and gain hands-on experience in program and project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating internal mini-projects and content pipelines.
  • Support research on project management methodologies, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop structured documentation including SOPs, project briefs, dashboards, and status reports.
  • Contribute to content development for blogs, courses, and mentoring materials.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, repository updates, and workflow organization.
  • Use tools such as Excel/Sheets, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Notion/Smartsheet for execution.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness across assigned deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Students or early graduates pursuing Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in PMP, Agile/Scrum, and modern project delivery practices.
  • Ability to work with structure, clarity, and attention to detail.
  • Good written communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with project management or productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates discipline, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
