The Project Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data and creating financial models to support project funding decisions. The role involves working closely with the finance team to manage project budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure accuracy in accounting records. Daily tasks also include conducting financial assessments, risk analysis, and assisting in communication with stakeholders to provide insights on financial performance and projections. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skillsexperience and understanding of real estate development projects some knowledge about Development rules DCPR and UDCPR of Mumbai and MMR region. Proficiency in Finance and Financial ModelingKnowledge of Accounting principlesExcellent Communication and writing skillsExcellent coordinating skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldRelevant experience in project finance or related roles is a plusunderstanding of cash flowAbility to work independently and within a teamProficient in financial software and tools
