Role Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Analyst with strong Project Management skills to lead the successful delivery of BFSI projects. This role requires exceptional client-facing capabilities, ensuring seamless communication, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating business needs into actionable solutions while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Client-Facing Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather detailed requirements.
  • Present business cases, project plans, and solution designs to client stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations aligned with BFSI industry best practices.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, requirement walkthroughs, and status update meetings with clients.


2. Business Analysis Responsibilities

  • Analyse business needs and objectives, translating them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and User Stories.
  • Collaborate with clients to prioritise requirements and refine project scope.
  • Perform root cause analysis for process inefficiencies and propose BFSI-focused process improvements.
  • Design workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate solutions for client approval.
  • Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices.


3. Project Management Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to align with client expectations.
  • Monitor project risks and resolve issues proactively, ensuring minimal client impact.
  • Provide regular project updates and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.


Qualifications and Skills :

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, with significant exposure to client-facing roles in BFSI projects.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders in high-pressure environments. Adept at building long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Agile and Waterfall methodology expertise.
