We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Lead or IC (Individual Contributor) with strong experience hiring for Investment Banking (IB) or Capital Markets domains. You will play a pivotal role in building high-performing teams by partnering to attract and onboard top talent.


🎯 Key Responsibilities


🔸 End-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles in the IB / Capital Markets / BFSI domain

🔸Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

🔸Strategize and execute sourcing plans to attract niche investment banking talent

🔸Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through market mapping, referrals, networking, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

🔸Deliver a superior candidate experience and ensure timely communication at every stage

🔸Use data insights to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-efficiency

🔸Coach and mentor junior recruiters within the team


✅ What We’re Looking For


3-5 years of total recruitment experience with minimum 3 years in IB/Capital Markets hiring, and should have team handling experience (3 member)

Looking for hands on experience in C2H Hiring only

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Hands-on experience using ATS and professional platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Search


Analytical mindset with focus on hiring metrics and quality delivery
