Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Payouts Operations Coordinator. This position involves collaborating with external providers and internal departments to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and payment processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations or vendor management, with experience working with online payment providers.The selected individual will be responsible for building relationships with external providers, monitoring payment performance KPIs, and maintaining documentation within the organization. They will also need to proactively connect with internal team members to gather necessary information and ensure smooth integration and monitoring of performance.This role requires a highly organized and analytical person who is able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
