Job Opportunity: Data AnalystAs a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting client business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.Developing strong analytical skills and combining them with operational expertise to drive project success.Identifying and implementing process improvements in operational processes, working closely with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead.Key Responsibilities:Communicating effectively with clients to understand their business issues and operating rules.Executing pre-defined operational processes and suggesting improvements as needed.Implementing new tools and techniques to enhance process design and adoption.Building subject matter expertise over time to apply to operational processes.Ensuring quality checks and validations on all deliverables.Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery to clients.Working with the engineering team to implement new operational procedures and improve existing ones.Testing new/updated operational procedures to ensure fidelity.Managing multiple tasks to produce high-quality results.Strengthening analytic, task management, and communication skills through work on multiple client tasks.Providing value to internal PMG teams by collaborating with them.Maintaining track of unplanned internal & client tasks stemming from operational projects.Conducting secondary research as needed.Investigating client questions related to operational deliveries.Requirements:Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to understand and communicate complex data insights.Excellent analytical and technical skills.Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to develop strong analytical and operational skills.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Chance to make a meaningful impact on client businesses.Others:Remain current on new tools, techniques, and working models.
