Job Title: Google & Meta Ads Manager - Digital Agency Experience PreferredLocation: Dwarka, DelhiExperience Required: 3+ YearsAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team to manage our international clients campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing & scaling ecommerce & service based businesses. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms to deliver measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified inquiries for service-based businesses.Manage E-Commerce campaigns, including product feed optimization, retargeting, and performance scaling.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels for better conversion rates.Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes.Collaborate with the creative and content team to align campaigns with business goals.Key Requirements:3+ years of experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across different verticals in international markets.Mandatory experience in a digital marketing agency.Proven track record of handling international clients across industries.Strong experience in both lead generation and e Commerce campaigns.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.Strong analytical, optimization, and problem-solving skills.Only candidates from Delhi would be preferred
