The role involves designing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Additional responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad strategies, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports. The Paid Ad Expert will work closely with the digital marketing team to meet performance goals and align campaigns with broader business objectives.Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns acrossMeta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other platforms. Conduct detailedkeyword research , audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Monitor daily performance and optimize forCPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR , and overall campaign efficiency. Develop ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams. Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Track budgets and ensure full utilization within target KPIs. Set uptracking pixels , conversion events, and remarketing funnels. Generate clear performance reports and insights to guide strategy. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of proven experiencemanaging paid ads with measurable results. Strong command ofGoogle Ads ManagerandMeta Business Suite . Experience runninglead generation ,remarketing , andawarenesscampaigns. Strong analytical skills with experience inGoogle Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager . Ability to create ad copies, craft funnels, and understand customer psychology. Knowledge of landing page optimization tools is a plus. Ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns profitably.
