Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute campaigns that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals Analyze campaign performance data and make recommendations for improvement Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in performance marketing Build weekly reports and dashboards for clients and update them on performanceQualifications 2+ years of experience in performance marketing Strong understanding of paid search, social media, and display advertising Experience with campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Snapchat ads Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and presentation skills
