Location: PAN India – Currently Visakhapatnam


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Manager (PM) in creating Engineering Project Execution, MDL and in integration, creating project schedules.
  • Coordination with all engineering project stakeholders for their productivity details.
  • Daily follow up and document between vendors and front-end engineering team.
  • The complete responsibility of deliverables monitoring and documenting as per Praxsol PO and scope with vendors.
  • Submit the Invoice hardcopy by courier – and track the status till it reaches the client accountant desk.
  • Collection of feedback form from clients as per Project Manager guidelines.
  • Need to support and maintain project history sheet documentation and Project related documentations under the guidance of PM.
  • Maintain MOM for all meetings held with client for all projects in Praxsol formats.
  • Any task assigned by Project Manager and HR (related to Invoices and project details)
  • Create weekly, monthly project related documentation for every project.
  • Ensure to submit the project deliverables in given targets by PM before the Invoice submission.
  • Arrange meeting schedules between clients and PM if required.
  • Update PM, regularly on Project management performance- related expectations.
  • Right attitude with teamwork skills, good work ethics, problem solving skills with hard working nature is preferred.
  • Learn & perform is basic need.
